All of our meals are gently cooked. When we sous-vide the meals, it cooks the food thoroughly enough to kill the pathogens, while retaining the nutrients.

When we sous-vide the food, we do not alter the packages after they are cooked and processed. If we were to do this than it defeats the whole purpose of sous-vide cooking. By leaving all the juices in the bag we ensure that the food retains nutrients after cooking. We also ensure the meat is properly cooked by temperature checking our batches.

As mentioned, Sous-vide has many benefits. When we sous-vide, we do not remove the contents in the bag or move the contents to another bag. If we were to do this it would defeat the purpose of sous-vide cooking. The texture you may be looking at is all the nutrients which are still intact within the meals. We ensure you that this is perfectly safe and healthy for your pet.

All of the ingredients we use are from certified suppliers. We operate out of a professional CFIA approved plant, using only the highest quality ingredients.
